Victoria joined Personal Express in 2016 and worked in the Truxtun office in Bakersfield, CA. She recently returned to her native Arizona, where she serves as Senior Underwriter at Personal Express’ Houghton Road location. With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Victoria is a valuable addition to Personal Express. She most enjoys providing local clients with affordable rates, top-of-the-line coverage and personalized service. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time at her second favorite place, the gym, spending time with her family, and exploring Tucson’s variety of great restaurants.
What do you love most about working at Personal Express Insurance?
I love being able to serve as a local agent who has their insured’s absolute best interest in mind, all while providing the best rate.
What is one piece of advice you would offer your customers?
Hands down, the best piece of advice that I would–and do!–offer is to bundle their home and auto insurance policies together. Also, be familiar with your coverages and get together regularly with your agent to review them. Circumstances change and with that change sometimes comes the need for a change of coverage.
What do you like to do for fun in your area?
I love spending time with my family, working out and exploring the vast array of food that Tucson has to offer.
