What is one piece of advice you would offer your customers?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. I love when my customers walk out of the office understanding what their coverages are and what they are paying for.
What’s your favorite part about serving your customers?
Saving them money and offering great coverage and service at the same time.
Describe what it’s like to work at the office in your community?
It’s a small community, which gives it a sense of serving someone you know personally. We may attend the same church, gym, or even have children attend the same school.
