What do you love most about working at Personal Express Insurance?
I like that Personal Express offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professional individuals who work together and strive for a common goal.
What is one piece of advice you would offer your customers?
I would advise our customers to continue to check with new developing features that Personal Express Insurance has to offer. With growth, many new programs are launching and there are advantageous offers that can help clients save when bundling policies together.
What’s your favorite part about serving your customers?
My favorite part about serving my customers is giving them the satisfaction of easy, comfortable and reliable service, as well as acknowledging their short-term worries. After I finish servicing their policies and answering their questions, those worries appear much less drastic.
